SHIPPING

• We ship within Canada only.
• Orders ship from Vancouver, BC. Shipping & handling is worked out live from your postal code and the size of your order, and you see it in the cart before you pay.
• Orders over $200 (before tax) ship free.
• Coming to a show? When it's offered, you can choose pick up at the show in the cart: no shipping cost. Come find ARIYO at the show with your order email.
• Once your order is packed and the label is printed, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also check where your order is anytime at ariyo.ca/order.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: orders go to the address exactly as you enter it.

ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final: no refunds, returns or exchanges. Please check your size before you order. Not sure? Email orders@ariyo.ca first and we'll help.

Problem with your order? Email orders@ariyo.ca with your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and a photo.

PAYMENTS & PRICES

• Prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe: they never touch ariyo.ca and ARIYO never sees or stores them.
• The charge shows on your statement as ARIYO.CA.
• Got a discount code? Enter it on the payment page. Codes take money off the items (not shipping), one code per order, and can't be added after you've paid.

PRIVACY

ARIYO collects only what's needed to send you emails you asked for and to ship your orders. We don't sell or rent your information, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.

Email sign-ups

When you check in, or sign up for show or drop alerts, we keep your name and email with our email service provider and use them only to send ARIYO emails (news, shows, merch drops). Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Orders

At checkout, Stripe collects your name, email, phone, shipping address and payment. We use your order details to pack and ship your order: they're shared with our shipping partner to deliver it, and used to email your confirmation and tracking link.

On this site

Your cart and postal code are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back; your postal code is sent to get a shipping quote. We count visits (which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and which site sent them) with a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. The site runs on a secure hosting provider. Fonts come from Google Fonts, and the Spotify, YouTube and Apple Music players are run by those services, which may set their own cookies when you use them.

Some of our service providers store data outside Canada. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email orders@ariyo.ca.
